I want to tell you how pleased I was at the reaction of our team to your clear plastic duffle bags, and the backpacks as well.

The clear duffle and other large carry bags provide instant access to supplies, especially for our emergency medical go-bags. Having the ability to see the contents aids the medical team in locating needed items instantly.

Moreover, with the random searches now being conducted at various NYC transit stations, having a clear backpack expedites security for all of us. It is my view that they should be used universally.

As the former Division Chief for the New York Guard, and having served in that capacity during the 9/11 emergency and until January 2003, I can assure you that our mission would have been easier if more people had carried the clear plastic bags.
